全國衛生產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)管理協(xié)會(huì )是由原國家衛生部申報，國家民政部登記批準，1992年10月成立。由從事衛生健康企事業(yè)單位和科研、管理等人員自愿結成的全國性、行業(yè)性、非營(yíng)利性，具有獨立法人資格的國家一級社會(huì )團體。登記管理機關(guān)是國家民政部，黨建領(lǐng)導機關(guān)是中央和國家機關(guān)工作委員會(huì )，業(yè)務(wù)指導單位是國家衛生健康委員會(huì )。

協(xié)會(huì )宗旨：堅持“護佑健康、發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)、誠信創(chuàng )新、服務(wù)社會(huì )”，推進(jìn)衛生健康事業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展，為國家經(jīng)濟建設和人民健康服務(wù)。

業(yè)務(wù)范圍：參與衛生健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的方針政策和法律、法規的研究，協(xié)助行業(yè)管理部門(mén)加強對全國醫院后勤建設和衛生健康產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)的行業(yè)調研、協(xié)調和管理；協(xié)調衛生健康產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)之間的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)和行業(yè)自律；組織全國醫院后勤、衛生健康事業(yè)專(zhuān)業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)開(kāi)展經(jīng)營(yíng)管理經(jīng)驗、學(xué)術(shù)交流；受政府委托承辦或根據市場(chǎng)和行業(yè)發(fā)展需要舉辦產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)展示展覽；提供衛生健康產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)的政策指導、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理指導、專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)指導和信息服務(wù)，以及衛生健康產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理所必要的法律咨詢(xún)和法律服務(wù)；搜集、發(fā)布、論證和推廣全國醫院后勤建設、衛生健康產(chǎn)業(yè)方面的科研成果，為醫療技術(shù)成果轉化搭建平臺；引進(jìn)、開(kāi)發(fā)、宣傳、推廣和應用先進(jìn)優(yōu)質(zhì)的衛生健康產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)技術(shù)；培訓全國醫院后勤人員和衛生健康產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理者以及相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員；組織衛生健康專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域、產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)制定團體標準；依照有關(guān)規定，編輯出版學(xué)術(shù)期刊、書(shū)籍、信息資料、行業(yè)報告和影像制品；開(kāi)展港澳臺及國際間的交流與合作；承擔政府有關(guān)主管部門(mén)委托的其他工作。

       協(xié)會(huì )現任第五屆理事會(huì )會(huì )長(cháng)、法定代表人竇熙照。

協(xié)會(huì )在理事會(huì )領(lǐng)導和竇熙照會(huì )長(cháng)的帶領(lǐng)下，圍繞國家衛生健康委員會(huì )中心任務(wù)，新醫改要求，大健康發(fā)展理念，在政府與行業(yè)、專(zhuān)業(yè)和企業(yè)之間發(fā)揮協(xié)會(huì )橋梁紐帶作用。協(xié)會(huì )在科學(xué)、民主、規范、開(kāi)放、務(wù)實(shí)、服務(wù)的辦會(huì )方針指導下，廣納會(huì )員、搭建平臺、政策解讀、跨界融合聯(lián)合、開(kāi)展社會(huì )公益、推動(dòng)行業(yè)專(zhuān)業(yè)企業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，配合政府部門(mén)助推全國醫院后勤建設，在國家大健康產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展中發(fā)揮自身獨特的作用。

The National Association of Health Industry and Enterprise Management (NAHIEM), a primary social organization in China founded in October 1992, functions as an industry service and management provider. Registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China (MCA), guided under the Central Committee and state organs Working Committee & the administration of the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China. Party building leading by the Central State Organ Work Committee. 

Since the foundation, the association has been insisting on “protecting people’s health, developing medical industry, providing creative products and services with integrity and serving for the society”.

The major responsibilities of NAHIEM include: participating in policy and regulation researches for pharmaceutical and health industry, assisting the industry management department to strengthen the industry research, coordination and management of the national hospital logistics construction and health industry enterprises; Coordinating the production and operation activities and industry self-discipline among health industry enterprises; Organize the operation, management experience and academic exchange of hospital logistics, health professionals and industrial enterprises nationwide; To be entrusted by the government or to hold exhibitions of products and technologies according to the needs of market and industry development; Providing policy guidance, operation and management guidance, professional technical guidance and information services related to the health industry, as well as legal advice and services necessary for the operation and management of health industry enterprises; Collecting, publishing, demonstrating and promoting the scientific research achievements of hospital logistics construction and health industry in China, and build a platform for the transformation of medical technology achievements; Introducing, developing, publishing, promoting and applicating of advanced and high-quality technology related to health industry; Training hospital logistics personnel and health industry management and related professional and technical personnel; Organize health professional fields and industrial enterprises to formulate group standards; To edit and publish academic journals, books, information materials, industry reports and video products in accordance with relevant regulations; Carrying out exchanges and cooperation between Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and the international community; Undertake other work entrusted by relevant government departments in charge. 

Dou Xizhao is the current chairman of the fifth council and legal representative of the association. 

Under the leadership of the executive council and President Dou Xizhao , the association plays a role as a bridge between the government and industries, professions and enterprises, centering on the central tasks of the National Health Commission, the requirements of the new medical reform and the concept of health development. On the basis of scientific, democratic, normative, open, pragmatic and service-oriented, The association attracts members, builds platforms, interprets policies, integrates and combines across sectors, carries out social welfare, promotes the development of professional enterprises in the industry, assists government departments to boost the national hospital logistics construction, and plays its unique role in the rapid development of the national health industry.
